Project Building

Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, oil / gas coolers, gland steam condensers and more.

Quality Assurance

Stage-wise inspection facilities — inward & in-process.
Final assembly inspections, related tests and TPI / client inspection coordination for dispatch approvals.

QA / QC

All materials — tube sheets, tubes, pipes, plates, sections, forgings & BQ plates — are procured from approved manufacturers / vendors.
Materials are procured as per QAP / project specifications.
Critical / special materials are procured under reputed third-party inspection (BVIL / IIS / TÜV), or by deputing our own QC engineer at the supplier's works as per approved QAP.
Welding is carried out per established WPS & PQR to ASME Sec IX.
Galvanizing / painting is done as per QAP / project specifications.
